Assistant Branch Manager – Rochester

Position Summary:

This position will serve as a Customer Representative in addition to supervising Teller and Customer Representative staff. Position responsibilities include: supervise, schedule, motivate, coach and evaluate staff, conduct monthly team meetings, manage vault cash, review daily overdraft list, review branch reports, and oversee ATM maintenance for the branch. This position will also oversee the safe deposit box functions and assist with new account opening.

Education and Experience: Our desired candidate will possess Head Teller or Customer Representative experience with a minimum of one year supervisory experience. Required skills are cash handling, computer knowledge, and ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.

Part Time Teller – Stewartville

Monday – Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm (2 out of 3)

Position Summary:

Execute customer representative and teller functions including: accept deposits and cash checks, issue travelers cards and money cards, balance checkbooks, balance cash drawer, resolve customer complaints, open and access safe deposit boxes, cross-sell all bank products, and other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Required skills are cash handling, computer knowledge, and ability to provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced work environment. High school graduate with a minimum of one year cash handling and customer service experience.

Part Time Teller – Kasson

Tuesday & Thursday 12:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (3 out of 4)

Position Summary:

Part Time Teller – Austin

Monday – Friday, varied hours between 7:15 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm (3 out of 4)

Trust Officer

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for establishing and administering Trusts in addition to developing new business by meeting with existing and prospective customers, attorneys, accountants, and other financial professionals. This position will also be responsible for providing educational sessions for customer groups and Bank personnel on trust services and products offered.

Education and Experience: The desired candidate would possess a four year college degree, preferably a law degree and be designated as a Certified Financial Planner. Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
