Chief Credit Officer
Responsible for administering and overseeing the Bank's agricultural and commercial loan portfolio, as well as administrative direction over lending operations. The Chief Credit Officer partners with Relationship managers to analyze credit risks and structure requests for credit. This position will also be responsible for the development of credit policies and procedures and training for the lending team. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment while working with the President to strategically plan and accomplish Bank goals and objectives. The Chief Credit Officer will be a member of Loan Committee and the Senior Management Team.
Qualifications
Four year college business degree plus experience in agricultural credit analysis. Must be an experienced loan officer with credit experience originating, coordinating and negotiating sensitive and complex business transactions with knowledge of credit extension, administration and agricultural lending activities. A minimum of 10 years of credit experience in agricultural and commercial lending plus 5 years in a management level position is required. A desired candidate will have strong written and verbal communications with computer literacy in Windows, Excel and Word.
Part Time Teller - Winona
- Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00 - 6:00pm
- Friday 2:00 - 6:00pm
- Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm (2 out of 3)
- (Hours may vary based on the needs of the bank.)
Position Summary/Qualifications:
- Execute customer representative and teller functions including: accept deposits and cash checks, issue travelers cards and money cards, balance checkbooks, balance cash drawer, resolve customer complaints, open and access safe deposit boxes, cross-sell all bank products, and other duties as needed. Education and Experience: High school graduate with a minimum of one year cash handling and customer service experience. Computer Skills: Ability to use a personal computer and ability to type 40 words per minute.
