Trust Assistant

Position Summary:

This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the VP/Trust Officer with daily administrative and clerical duties. Other duties include opening and closing accounts, file management, and serving as compliance liaison between the Trust department and Compliance department.

Education and Experience: The desired candidate would possess a two-year college business related or Paralegal degree. The candidate must be detail oriented, be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and deadlines; maintain high levels of confidentiality and be a team player. Excellent customer service, excellent verbal and written expression and proficiency in Word and Excel are a must.

Compliance Officer

Position Summary:

This individual will be primarily responsible for the Bank’s Compliance monitoring program under direction of the VP/Compliance Officer. Other duties include identifying deficiencies and working with impacted departments, conducting staff training and serving as Bank CRA expert.

Education and Experience: The desired candidate would possess a four-year college business related, History or Paralegal degree with a minimum of 1 year direct compliance experience. The candidate must be detail oriented, be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and deadlines; maintain high levels of confidentiality and be a team player. Excellent customer service, excellent verbal and written expression and proficiency in Word and Excel are a must.

VP/Business Banker – Eyota & St. Charles

Position Summary:

Responsible for generating new loans and servicing existing loans, and cross selling other bank products and services. Functions as loan generalist with an emphasis on business loans. Servicing of existing loans includes loan file maintenance, dealing with collection problems and workout loans, and meeting loan origination, quality, and documentation standards. Position will work out of both the Eyota and St. Charles branch locations.

Education and Experience: Four-year college business related degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years of lending experience. Ability to use a personal computer including a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Must have strong interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills.

Information Technology Officer

Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions within the Bank. Includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements, support and maintenance of existing applications, and development of new technical solutions. Analyze complex business needs presented by employees and customers, ensure consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures, direct IT operations in executing production tasks according to project schedule, produce time line for each project and implement effective project control by monitoring progress. Responsible for the Bank’s information and computer systems including staffing, systems network, all software applications, information systems security, back-up and disaster recovery plans and systems. Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge regarding technical updates/developments, cyber security, automated teller machines, remote terminals, and other systems.

Education and Experience: Minimum of a four year degree in Computer Science or a related field and eight years of experience within Information Technology, preferably within a financial institution. Previous supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead a progressive IT group is required.

Position Summary:

Execute customer representative and teller functions including: accept deposits and cash checks, issue travelers cards and money cards, balance checkbooks, balance cash drawer, resolve customer complaints, open and access safe deposit boxes, cross-sell all bank products, and other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Required skills are cash handling, computer knowledge, and ability to provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced work environment. High school graduate with a minimum of one year cash handling and customer service experience.
