Eastwood Bank offers a confidential fraud hotline where customers and vendors who suspect fraud is occuring within the Bank can report their suspicions anonomously, without fear of repurcussions. To report suspicions of fraud, simply follow these steps:

Contact the fraud hotline in one of the following ways:

  • Call 1-800-622-2238
  • Mail a letter to: Fraud Hotline, P.O. Box 690, Eau Claire, WI 54702-0690, or
  • Send an e-mail to fraudhotline@wipfli.com

    When contacting the hotline, state the name Eastwood Bank, institution number 10002, located in Rochester, MN.

    Clearly state what has occurred including the names of the people involved and the branch location. There is no need to leave your name, as your identity will not be disclosed.
